THE SAME INFORMATION HAS BEEN PUT BEFORE THE SHAREHOLDERS OF GENERAL ELECTRIC WHO MET THIS MORNING IN STRATFORD, CONNECTICUT, AT 9:30 A.M. EASTERN STANDARD TIME AND THEY HAVE APPROVED THE MERGER, THE UTAH SHAREHOLDERS HAVE ALSO CONSIDERED THE MERGER AND THE COMPANY IS IN RECEIPT OF PROXIES REPRESENTING _ SHARES OR __% OF THE TOTAL SHARES ISSUED AND OUTSTANDING. THE PROXIES HAVE INSTRUCTED HOW THE SHARES ARE TO BE VOTED AND AS A CONSEQUENCE THE OUTCOME OF THE VOTING ON THE PROPOSALS BEFORE US HAS ALREADY BEEN DETERMINED AND, FROM A PRACTICAL STANDPOINT, NOTHING WE CAN SAY OR DO HERE WILL IN FACT CHANGE THAT.
