OCR Text	Show 11. #5 - CEMENT PROVIDED 17.2% OF THE MINING COMPANY DUES IN 1969 AND THIS YEAR HAS FALLEN TO 9.6%. #6 - IRON ORE CONTRIBUTED 13.9% OF THE TOTAL MINING COMPANY DUES IN 1969 AND THIS HAS INCREASED TO 18.1% THIS YEAR. #7 - THE AGRICULTURAL-INDUSTRIAL CATEGORY PROVIDED 12% OF THE MINING COMPANY DUES IN 1969, DROPPED TO A LOW OF 7.1% IN 1973 AND HAS INCREASED TO 9% IN 1976. #8 - LEAD, ZINC, AND SILVER TOGETHER PROVIDED 6.3% IN 1969, AND THIS HAS RISEN TO 10.2% OF MINING COMPANY DUES THIS YEAR. #9 - OTHER MINING COMPANIES PROVIDED 9.6% IN 1969 AND 11.2% OF MINING COMPANY DUES THIS YEAR. #10 - THE PRIMARY CAUSES FOR THIS SHIFT IN THE BASIS FOR SUPPORT WERE THAT COAL AND CEMENT HAD THEIR DUES BASED UPON PHYSICAL UNITS WHILE THE OTHER CATEGORIES OF MINING HAD DUES THAT WERE RELATED TO
