Show 8. Taken together, steam coal, uranium, and iron ore will be fairly flat, up a little or down a little. Copper and coking coal profits will be up sharply. Interest costs, capitalized during the construction period, will be much higher this year. All in all, 1972 should be another record year, not as good as it would have been absent the problems that have arisen, but still it will show a healthy increase over the preceding year. Given the price/earnings ratio the price of Utah's shares has enjoyed, healthy increases are obviously expected. This brings us to the longer look ahead. How have recent developments affected Utah's ability to continue to report increasing earnings? What are the areas where we foresee future growth? Through 1975 the factors for continued earnings growth are already in place or underway. Peak Downs will come into production this year. Blackwater is being expanded. Goldsworthy is being expanded but here the Japanese iron ore situation may slow the pace. We expect to have increasing uranium earnings as the price strengthens. To sustain the strength of the trend after 1975 will require the addition of new major profit centers. Obviously we anticipate new opportunities emerging out of our continuous and expanding expenditures for mineral exploration and development. More tangible and identifiable as of now are three projects worthy of discussion. The first of these is the Saraji coking coal mine of Central Queensland Associates. The feasibility report is complete and our Board has approved our proceeding subject to securing sales contracts in Europe and Japan for Saraji coal and additional Peak Downs sales.
