(Slide 7 - off) Marcona Corporation, in which we hold 50% of the voting rights and 46% of the equity, is our other major affiliate. Here the earnings are more variable and the causes of change more complex. Marcona produces iron ore products in Peru and more recently in New Zealand. It markets its own production as well as that of Mt. Goldsworthy. It operates a fleet of ships, some of which it owns and some of which it charters. Some of the chartered ships and all of the owned ships are combination ore and oil carriers.
